Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During product launches, restocks, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 3-7 business days
  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • International: 10-21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Remember What’s True is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country’s customs office.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Pre-Orders

Items purchased as pre-orders will ship according to the estimated shipping date listed on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are available.
